Since Virtual Assistants are not regular employees, clients can become furious when they cannot peek around your virtual cubicle or into your office door to see if you are there consumed in their request.

At BAASO we want our clients to have the best virtual experience possible; therefore, we attempt to clearly define what could be some possible dissatisfactory expectations.

Phone Calls

VA’s are accessible by phone from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
VA’s will respond to voicemail messages doing the 9-5 business hours.
Some calls may not warrant and immediate call back, but will attempt to reach you before the end of the business day.

Emails

Emails can be received 24/7
Emails will be replied to according to the nature of the relationship (i.e. quotes-within 15 minutes; new clients – one hour, revisions-acknowledgment, etc.).
Emails are monitored at least once every hour, but late hour emails will be replied to in the A.M. of the next business day.
Clients should ALWAYS begin rush email subject lines with: RUSH!!!

Payments

All payments are due in advance unless other agreements have been arranged.
Clients are notified if project is anticipated to extend pass the expected deadline.
Clients are notified if there is a 10% or more increase in the fees due for their project.
Rush fees are charged on certain work projects requested to be completed within 24 hours.
All remaining balances are due upon receipt.

All Information Beforehand

We stress the importance of having all information needed to complete the project before we begin.
Time is money, therefore we aim to offer you the best value and quality for your money.

Revisions

Clients are allowed one free revision on the project before the work begins.
Revisions after the process begins may incur additional charges.
Client is allowed one revision to review the final production.
Additionally, we work closely with our clients throughout the process to ensure we are producing what is requested.

Uncertanties

Clients may sometimes be uncertain of exactly what they want. It may even be frustrating to them to give it much thought. Their desk may already be covered with other important task with deadlines…or passed deadlines. We can spend a few minutes on the phone with you to capture your ideas, and send you a proof idea document (PID) so you can connect a visual to your idea. The consultation fee is $1.75 per minute, the PID document is free.
